Uninvited offers the nation’s premier Alanis Morissette exerience. Based in New York City and available for bookings nationally, the group’s five seasoned musicians deliver an authentic Alanis Morissette concert experience that transports the audience back to the nostalgia of late ‘90s alt rock that is otherwise scarce in concert venues today.
The band is led by professional vocalist Lisa Jeannette, a longtime fan of Alanis Morissette and an experienced, multi-genre performer. Lisa’s vision to recreate the music of Alanis was born out of her deep appreciation of the artist, and what she calls "An opportunity to share the timeless catalog of Morissette’s inner thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences."
Uninvited delivers an unparalleled rock concert
Lisa is a lifelong fan of Alanis Morissette. It seemed obvious to her that she should take on such an iconic act and bring her energy and talent to the national tribute scene. A classically trained vocalist, Lisa has performed as a backup singer to Barry Manilow and has earned prestigious awards including Who's Who in America's Talent and the National Arts Ovation Award. Besides Alanis, some of her favorite bands include No Doubt, Radiohead, Rebelution, Jewel, Jason Mraz, Pink Floyd, Sublime, Nirvana, and Green Day.
Marco Ferreira is an established guitarist/singer/producer in Rockland County, NY. He has been recording and performing with cover bands since the late 80s. On the local scene, you can catch Marco performing solo acoustic gigs.
Daniel Gregory Khalaf is a multi-instrumentalist based in New York. When he’s not listening to Weather Report or Allan holdsworth, he ponders:
As the bassist for Uninvited NYC, Daniel enjoys an iconic ‘90s rock songbook as a canvas for musical exploration. Each performance is an opportunity to connect with his bandmates and the audience in a meaningful, constructive way. The concert experience is essentially communal.

Fabio Amato grew up in Cliffside Park, a small town in Northern New Jersey 15 minutes outside of NYC. His passion is drumming and influences range from Stewart Copeland, Vinny Colaiuta, Taylor Hawkins to Benny Greb, Adrian Young, Matt Cameron, Dave Grohl.
Fabio started playing drums when he was 5 years old – the typical pots and pans story – and watched his grandfather play classical guitar, father sing in an Italian/American wedding band, brother play clarinet in an orchestra and cousins play in local punk rock/grunge bands. He knew that drumming was definitely for him whenever he was able to sit on his older cousin’s drum set during rehearsal break. This was the only chance he had to play a real drum set since he didn’t have one yet… He had to wait a few more years until Mr. and Mrs. Amato finally gave in and bought him his very own kit.
Fabio’s early playing days started with Fakeknife – a punk band from New Jersey. This brought some great experiences, from recording/releasing his first full length record in a professional studio to touring the U.S.A. Another highlight with Fakeknife was playing the VANS Warped tour in 2005 and 2006. His next project was with The Bad Scene who played extensively in the New York City area and released two full length records under an Indie label called Romulus X Records. This led him to his adventure with solo artist Mark Williamswho at the age of 18 already lived several musical lifetimes… from playing with B.B. King to becoming a virtuoso guitarist/singer songwriter in his own right. This was a special experience for Fabio because he got the chance to play on Mark’s EP with Grammy award-winning bassist Will Lee who is part of the CBS orchestra on Late Night with David Letterman (hear the track on the music page called “The Surface”) produced by Tim Gilles. While working on that project, Fabio was also hired to record with Dublin based band The Laundry Shop and multi-platinum award winning producer David Bendeth. He later became an official member.
Fabio has also toured with Donald Cumming, supporting Brandon Flowers, and performed with Darryl “DMC” McDaniels (of Run-DMC).
